The number one bestselling Panasonic SD255 Breadmaker makes 3 different sized loafs – medium, large and extra large. There are many comprehensive bake modes including; 100% wholemeal, multigrain, gluten free, sandwich bread, dough setting for pizzas, rolls etc.

The SD255 gives you the convenience of having fresh bread at anytime baked from fresh ingredients and it can cater for particular dietary requirements (gluten free, low salt, high fibre etc.).

This Breadmaker has a "bake only" mode, an angled easy to use control pad, and a cool touch housing. There is a rapid bake function that takes only 1 hour 55 minutes, or you can use the 13 hour time delay. There is also a Sandwich Option to bake softer bread with a thinner crust.

The Panasonic Breadmaker has a dispenser that adds additional ingredients automatically in to the kneading process and a rye bread mode. For example, it will automatically add raisins if you're making fruit bread.

I'm really pleased with this machine, it's easy to use and makes perfect bread every time.

So far I've made an ordinary white loaf (the XL size is massive!)a spiced raisin loaf- great for breakfast, and a brioche with chocolate chips.

What's really useful is the timer delay so you wake up to great fresh bread. You know all the things that have gone into it, and its really tasty. The machine is easy to use,but you MUST follow the instructions carefully, and the automatic dispenser for fruit, nuts etc is a boon as you don't have to stand over it waiting for the beep to add these like other machines.

There is a dough only option which allows you to take out the dough and shape it yourself. It also does cake but I haven't tried this yet. It is like magic, add the ingredients at night, set the timer, and wake up to the house smelling of lovely fresh bread- amazing!
